Conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of downtown Salt Lake City, and within walking distance of Liberty Park.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, an electric range with convection, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also included in the basement, where there is also a new gas water heater and a full house water filtration system.

 

Electric heating and cooling systems provide complete comfort in the summer and winter. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms assist with circulation.

The main floor features a living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub, lots of built-in storage, and a kitchen. The basement mirrors the upstairs footprint and is open and unfinished. There is a small shared patio on the front of the house with a locked parcle drop box available for the use of tenants on both sides. A shared backyard patio provides outdoor living and entertaining and a shared fenced backyard with a dog potty area. In addition, two off-street parking spaces are included. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent.

Electric, internet, and television services are the tenant's responsibility. The unit is currently equipped to run Google Fiber.

We perform credit and background checks and verify employment income. These are yearly rentals; we accept one approved pet included in the rental price. An additional approved pet may be considered for an additional monthly fee.
