Located right off Main Street in Moab, our units were built with the highest standards of integrity and quality.

The kitchen boasts a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, an electric range with convection, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also included, along with an on-demand water heater.

 

A state-of-the-art, energy-efficient electric heating and cooling system provides complete comfort in the summer and winter. Ceiling fans assist with circulation in the living and bedroom areas.

The main floor features an open concept with a half bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. A patio is provided for outdoor living and entertaining. In addition, one off-street parking space is included. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent.

Electric, internet, and television services are the tenant's responsibility.

We perform credit and background checks and verify employment income. These are yearly rentals; we accept one approved pet included in the rental price. An additional approved pet may be considered for an additional monthly fee.
